Professional price conditions
The price on this website is professional wholesale price.
This price is subject to two conditions:
- You are purchasing for professional usage;
- The total selling price of all products in your order must be at least €1,400.
Payment conditions
On this website, you do not need to make an immediate payment when placing an order, and placing an order does not constitute final confirmation.
After you place an order on the website, our staff will contact you via the email you registered with. You will receive a proforma invoice for the order and our bank details. We will also confirm with you the invoice and delivery address of this order.
After that, you will need to make a transfer of 50% of the total order amount as a deposit. Only then will we officially confirm the order and begin packaging your products. Once the packaging is completed, we will share photos of the packaged products with you via email. After you pay the remaining 50% balance, we will ship your order to your delivery address.
Shipping
After you place an order online and confirm your delivery address, our staff will inform you of the estimated delivery time to your address and the estimated shipping cost.
Depending on the volume and weight of the products in your order, we may use the following shipping methods:
- Air freight – approximately 10 days;
- A combination of trucking and air freight – approximately 30 to 35 days;
- Sea freight – approximately 45 to 50 days.
The delivery time given is only an estimation and might vary according to real situation.
Generally, the shipping cost is around 18% of the total value of the goods.
You may also choose to pick up your order in Hong Kong, please contact our staff after receiving the email for further information.
Duty and tax
Your order’s supplier is Architects, Artists And Artisans Limited, a company based in Hong Kong, with the registered number of 76458760 – 000 – 04 – 24 – 4 and the registered office in FLAT/RM A 12/F ZJ 300 300, LOCKHART RD, WAN CHAI.
The freight charges in the PI you received already include import duties and VAT. You will not have any additional fees to pay.
According to the laws of the country where your delivery address is located, we may need you to provide certain documents for import declaration, such as your company’s registration certificate.
